Dry block incubators achieve precise temperature stability and uniformity for a broad range of laboratory applications. The Grainger 14N145 is a Westward brand 1/4-inch drive socket adapter that converts a 1/4-inch square drive to a 3/8-inch square drive. It is made from chrome vanadium steel for durability and has a black oxide finish to resist corrosion. Use these heaters as a dry, constant temperature source for various lab and research applications. All models have independent indicator lights to show main power, heater action, and over-temperature cut out. The "number of blocks accepted" on the ordering table indicate the number of single-width blocks accepted by each block heater. A heater that accepts two single-width blocks will accept one double-width block. Use three- and four-block models for high-throughput applications such as chemical oxygen demand (COD).
